At vCARDe, we stand behind the quality of our printed NFC cards with a dedicated warranty policy, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

Warranty Period:

• Technical Issues: 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Print Quality: 90-day warranty from the purchase date.

Warranty Coverage:

Covers defects in NFC functionality and print quality as specified.

Exclusions:

Physical damage and wear and tear beyond 90 days are not covered.

Replacement Process:

Defective cards must be couriered back to us for a replacement.

Shipping for Replacement:

Customers bear the cost of shipping the card to us. We cover the return shipping.
