Refund Policy / Return Window
At vCARDe, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Please read the following refund policies carefully:
Due to Transaction Failure / Twice Deduction
If a transaction fails or a deduction occurs twice, please review your bank account and, if no deduction is found, retry the transaction. For duplicated payments, contact us with a support ticket and bank statement at our support page. A refund for the extra payment will be processed automatically in most cases by the payment gateway but if it fails we will process it manually in 3 to 5 business days and will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 15 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly and Annual Plans: Cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Lifetime Plans: Cancellations for lifetime plan renewals must be made within seven (7) business days of service renewal to be eligible for cancellation and refund. Requests made later than seven (7) business days will not be honored.
Cancellation of Printed NFC Cards: Cancellations are not eligible for refunds, after printing is confirmed.
NFC Cards and Custom Products
Premade NFC cards can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we will refund the amount to the original payment method. Custom printed or Make your own products are non-refundable. In the case of non-functional NFC cards or quality issues, a replacement will be provided. The quality of printing and color representation may vary, and by purchasing, you agree to this stipulation.
Customer will be responsible for shipping the product to us for both refund and replacement. For further details or to request assistance with refunds and cancellations, please reach out through our support channel.
If you have received incorrect product or quality issues, we will provide replacement at free of cost within 5 business days. Please contact our Support via email or WhatsApp.
